Learn how to create your own unique and beautiful sheets of paper from natural and recycled materials.
Chris Harrison, an expert papermaker, will be running two workshops at the Alnmouth Arts Festival on Sunday June 16th 2024. Chris will show you how to make paper by hand.
The workshops are suitable for beginners or those who have tried papermaking before and want to improve their skills. You will be able to produce your own paper that you can use for various purposes, such as bookbinding, printing, collage, or sculpture. All you need to bring is an apron and a sense of fun. All materials and equipment will be provided.
Each workshop will last for two hours from 11 am to 1 pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm. There are limited places available, so book your place now.
